  1. I enjoyed reading this article. Should I get diarrhea (very seldom but it does happen) I go for cooked white rice, white-bread toast, a boiled egg or two and charcoal tablets. 2 charcoal tablets 3 times a day. Coke (in a can or small glass) is very beneficial to me. I don’t drink coke unless I have a tummy problem. Coke in a big plastic bottle does not help me. A large bottle of coke loses its gas very quickly thus the reason I prefer to buy coke in tins and open a tin per meal. Whilst the tummy problem persists I cut out all dairy as well as fresh fruit and veggies. Next time round…I will try to add a banana and applesauce.
