The Scottish Horse Memorial was erected in memory of the Officers and Men who died during the Anglo Boer War in 1901-1902.
Jeppe Boys High School was named after Julius Jeppe. The school was designed by the renown British Architect Sir Herbert Baker. The school was built in 1909.
