Dubbed “Taiwan’s Strongest Grandpa,” Ching-hsin’s chiseled abs and athletic feats in the gym are seriously impressive, regardless of age. A video that launched the septuagenarian to Internet fame is a snapshot of his regular routine, which features him leisurely busting out pull-ups followed immediately by ab roll-outs. According to the Daily Mail, Ching-hsin hits the gym only if he’s able to take a break from his life as a farmer in Pingtung, a town in southwestern Taiwan. Trainers at Ching-hsin’s gym say that he follows the same routines that guys training for the Mr. Muscle physique contests held across Asia. The routines are so rigorous and his results are so jaw-dropping, you’d think he was competing. Not the case. Apparently, he does it all “for fun.” Is there anything not to love about this guy?
