I did a 10,000 m in prepartion for the Fall Team Challenge September 15 – October 15, when by chance I noticed that the 10,000m had been added by default to the Dog Days of Summer Challenge August 1- August 28. Well… why not continue?
For the Dog Days Chalenge one has to do a 10,000 m on week 1, 20,000 m on week 2, 30,000 m on week 3 and 40,000 m on week 4.
Just for fun I decided to do a half marathon on the rower this afternoon.
I still have to do another 20,000 m by Sunday to complete the Dog Days Challenge🚣♂️🚣♂️🚣♂️
