My First 2 x 10,000 M on a Concept 2 Indoor Rower
Trying to improve my performance, on today’s workout I increased the total distance to 20,000 meters. 10,000m, a small break and then another 10,000m. Really enjoyed it.
Drinking my concoction ‘Tony’s Workout Smoothie’ just prior to commencing and during the workout definitely kept me going.
