My First 100 Kms on a Concept 2 Indoor Rower

I am working out twice a week on the indoor rower, just over 10Kms/ workout and today I reached 100 Kms. Very pleased with myself even though 1) split times need to decrease and 2) the strokes/ minute have to increase. I wish I had more time to train but going forward I would be pleased  if I could keep the twice weekly Ergo sessions.

The other day I tried intervals:

Interval Training.

I presently do 2 x 5000 m followed by a 500 m (10,500 meters/ session).

If you do the Ergo, you will benefit if you register in the Concept 2 website and log your results there.

I would also highly recommend that you link your Concept 2 Logbook to your Strava account:

Whatever sporting activities you are involved in (s.a. running, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, hiking, indoor rowing, swimming, etc…) will be displayed on your Strava ‘Activities’ page.
