  1. How I enjoy my overnight oats: add equal parts of oats, yogurt and milk to a bowl (first add oats and yogurt and mix well before adding the milk). Place the bowl in the fridge overnight. In the morning place the bowl in a microwave for 30 seconds (just to remove a bit of the coldness) and then add a sliced banana, blueberries and raisins. Sprinkle some cinnamon. Absolutely delicious and nutritious. 👌👍😊
