Fourth Dose – The 2nd Pfizer Booster – Yea or Nay? Do you think that vaccine mandates are controversial? What if the police pinned you down and injected you? In a story that went around the world, police in China’s Hunan province came to the home of Zhang Jianping. They questioned him about why he had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and took him by car to a hospital.

In a social media post that included photos and videos to back up his story, Zhang said he was very clear that he did not want to be immunized. “I do not consent,” he says he told the authorities. But they held down his arms and legs and forcibly injected him.

In a sign of growing concern among federal health officials in the United States about the spread of new coronavirus infections, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (C.D.C.) is now saying that all people 50 or older should get a second booster shot if at least four months have passed since their first booster dose.

The new guidance, issued in a statement on the C.D.C.’s website, also extends to anyone 12 and older with certain immune deficiencies. The C.D.C. said it had changed its advice because of a steady rise in infections.

Do Triple Vaxxed Get COVID?

Some fully vaccinated people will still get COVID-19 if they are exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19. These are called vaccine breakthrough infections.

People with vaccine breakthrough infections may spread COVID-19 to others. However, fully vaccinated people with a breakthrough infection are less likely to have serious illness with COVID-19 than those who are unvaccinated. Even when vaccinated people develop symptoms, they tend to be less severe than those experienced by unvaccinated people.

Dermatologist Dr. Brian Sher is triple vaxxed. Elisabeth, one of Dr. Sher’s Personal Assistants decided not to get vaccinated. She got infected and passed away of COVID about 8 days later. I knew Elisabeth. She was incredibly pleasant and ‘full of life’. According to Dr. Sher it was an agonizing death.

China Criticized for its Zero-Tolerance COVID-19 Policy

China’s zero-COVID policy has drawn criticism ranging from scientists to its own citizens, leading to a cycle of lockdowns of many millions of people, anguish and anger. Most other nations that shared its approach initially have now at least begun a transition to strategies to live with the virus.

China’s zero-tolerance COVID-19 policy is not sustainable considering the behaviour of the virus and what we now anticipate in the future.

Under zero-COVID, authorities lock down large population areas to stamp out viral spread in response to any coronavirus outbreak, even if just a small number of people test positive.

Shanghai’s measures have been particularly strict, with residents allowed out of compounds only for exceptional reasons, such as a medical emergency. Many are not even allowed out of their front doors to mingle with neighbours.

Its quarantine policy has also been criticised for separating children from parents and putting asymptomatic cases among those with symptoms.

South Africa – The 2nd Pfizer Booster Now Available

As from last week, South Africans over the age of fifty can get a second Covid booster shot of the Pfizer vaccine. The health ministry is encouraging those eligible to do so especially if they are living with comorbidities such as TB, cancer, diabetes and HIV.

How Triple Vaxxed James Anderson Handled COVID

Very few of my friends who are triple vaxxed contracted COVID. Those who did experienced mild symptoms, stayed at home for 7 days and continued with a “normal” life at home. Most of them didn’t bother consulting a doctor and did not take any medication. James Anderson is representative of this Group.

I live in the Algarve and a group of friends and I drove on a short visit to Spain on Thursday, May 26.

I wore a mask at all times except at the restaurant . On Saturday morning, I did my morning bike ride but it was cold and in the evening a sore throat developed. On Sunday, I had a slight fever 110F (38°) and felt body ache. I then made an auto test but it was negative (I am not sure if I did it correctly!)

On Monday morning I underwent the official test (antigenic) and the result came positive. Over the following days, the primary effects disappeared progressively but I started having a slight cough. The following week Monday (12 days after being infected) I consulted a doctor who said that the symptoms would disappear within a few days and that I could lead a normal life.

My wife did antigenic tests and eventually a PCR and she continued negative throughout.

In summary: I do take food supplements for my cycling including turmeric but I did not take any medication during the time I had COVID… no medication at all!

Am I getting the 2^nd Booster?

Definitely and I am taking my neighbours with. I am pleased to report that for the 3 Pfizer vaccines I got so far (the 2 vaccines plus the 1^st booster) I did not experience any side effects at all. Getting the 2^nd booster is something I can easily do to protect myself and those around me.
