A total of 30 Active Plank Push Ups

Keep your lower back straight.

Active Plank Side Knees – 10 reps
Plank Wave – 10 reps
Straight Knees in the Plank Position – 10 reps

Warm Up

Neck Circles: 15 secs then change direction and do another 15 secs
Shoulder Circles: 15 secs in one direction followed by another 15 secs in the opposite direction
Elbow Circles: 15 secs in one direction followed by another 15 secs in the opposite direction
Body Circles: 30 secs
Jumping Jacks: 30 secs
Squats: 30 secs
Mill: 30 secs
Plank Push ups: 30 secs
