Banana-Chia Fridge Oats

They are so rich and creamy they actually remind me more of an oatmeal pudding!

I enjoyed reading Dani Spies’ article and I slightly changed the recipe as follows:
- 1/4 mason flask flat-rolled oats
- 1/4 low fat milk (2%)
- 1/4 plain yogurt
- 1x chopped banana
- 1x tea-spoon chia seeds
- a dash of cinnamon (1/2 tea-spoon)
- 1x teaspoon raisins.
Mix it all up and leave in the fridge overnight. A healthy breakfast on the go that has protein and complex carbs. As Dani pointed out, it is sweet, creamy and full of goodness. Try it – you will love it!
