Coffee Prevents Skin Cancer?


Drinking three cups of coffee a day may lower your risk of developing basal cell carcinoma, the most common type of skin cancer.

So how much coffee should you be drinking in order to reap coffee’s rewards? “Typically two to three cups a day, spread throughout the day, is best for reaping those long-term benefits,” says Joe Vinson, Ph.D., a chemistry professor at the University of Scranton.
